With the mission of making available to China’s knowledge workers the study and practice of Drucker’s legacy, Peter F. Drucker Academy set up a social responsibility division in March 2007 and launched its first “The Lighthouse Project” to promote Drucker’s management ideas in institutions of higher learning. The purpose of The Lighthouse Project is to Learn and Share Drucker Wisdom and to Sculpt Managing Career. The public interest activities include donation of “Window to Drucker Archives”, encouraging high quality professional managers with a high sense of public interests to give lectures on Drucker’s Management and organizing nationwide Drucker Management summer camps, supporting students organizations in providing systematic and comprehensive guidance to university students in learning and applying Drucker’s management ideas, learning scientific self-management, serving their organizations and contributing to the society as whole.

Our tasks: to cultivate a number of managers of attainment with international vision for the future of China and make university students master skills of managing themselves, their organizations and contributing to the society scientifically.
