NGO Capability Building Project with BCF

Drucker Academy, jointly with Bright China Foundation(BCF), is promoting Drucker Legacy in China for Non-profit Organizations. The programs include Managing Non-profit Organizations, Self-assessment Tools, and Innovation in Non-profit Organizations. They create a great opportunity for NGOs to study Drucker’s philosophy and share management skills.

Originally developed by Prof. Joe Maciariello, and localized by Jennifer Zhao, Certified Drucker Educator, The Drucker Academy, Managing Non-profit Organizations was a great success since its debut in China in Dec 2008. Over 20 NGOs in China registered the class and thought the course was quite useful and helpful for many developing NGOs in China.

Other NGO Capacity Building programs such as Self-assessment Tools, Innovation in Non-profit Organizations localized version will be taught soon. We look forward to greater impact on China’s NGOs through those valuable and unique courses in 2009.
