Minglo Shao

Mr. Minglo Shao was under the tutorship of Mr. Peter Drucker at Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management of the Claremont Graduate University in 2001, Minglo Shao enjoys a work experience of 38 years and 22 years experience in establishing enterprises in a number of industries. The businesses of the Bright China Holdings under his leadership cover investment in securities and industries, management training and charity. Its investment in China has accumulated to about four billion yuan.
He founded the BCMI in 1999 under the personal guidance and involvement of Mr. Drucker, and founded the Peter F. Drucker Academy in 2006 to provide in-service executives and pioneers with practical training in management.

Henry To

MBA, CETI of NFTE and member of CIM. He studied ¡®The Art and Journey of Leadership¡¯ at USC under the personal tutorship of the well-known leadership guru Warren Bennis. Since the year of 1983, he has successfully established import & export trade, manufacturing, wholesale, logistic and other enterprises in the mainland of China, Hong Kong, Japan and the United States. He also has conducted management works for a number of non-profit organizations.

Mr. Steven Li
President of DA (HK); Board Chairman of BCF (Beijing)
Master in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick, member of IEE, winner of 2002 Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong Award.
Mr. Li is responsible for the management of profit making and non-profit making businesses of Bright China Holdings Ltd. and facilitating the development pattern of ¡®social business¡¯. He put his working experiences gained from different industries, cultures and regions into the practices of his career and social works.
Mr. Li has been engaged in specialized works of different industries, such as energy, environmental protection, chemical industry, gas and financial investment. He was also in charge of the businesses of listed companies and multinational firms in Hong Kong, mainland of China and Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Li has been continuously taking part in front-line social works, and unremittingly worked as consultant and director of prison organizations, non-profit organizations, universities and government departments in Hong Kong, mainland of China and the world in the past 20 years.

Wenny Dong
Vice-President of DA (Beijing); Head of Social Responsibility Department
Ms. Wenny Dong, who formerly served as senior executive in charge of daily operation and management of large scale high-tech information enterprises and financial investment enterprises, was engaged in the management of various capital operation projects and research on enterprise development strategy. She has got abundant practical experiences in brand building of enterprises, marketing and HR management. She is responsible for DA¡¯s works associated with public popularization of Drucker¡¯s management ideas at the moment. |
