Minglo Shao
Founder of Peter F. Drucker Academy
Chairman of Bright China Group

Mr. Minglo Shao was under the tutorship of Peter F. Drucker at Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management of the Claremont Graduate University in 2001. In possession of 38 years of work experience and 22 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Minglo Shao has established many enterprises in a number of industries. Under his leadership, the Bright China Holdings, which engaged in portfolio and industrial investment, management training and charity, has cumulatively invested approximately RMB 4 billion Yuan in China.

Under the personal guidance and involvement of Mr. Drucker, he founded the BCMI in 1999, which changed its name to Peter F. Drucker Academy in 2007 and committed to providing in-service executives and entrepreneurs with practical management trainings.

Professor Kwok currently serves as Senior President of Peter F. Drucker Academy (Hong Kong), Special Adviser for Development in Mainland of Hong Kong Baptist University, Honorary President of New Asia Arts and Business College, Honorary President of Ni Shan Sheng Yuan College, Adviser of Shenzhen Academy of Social Science, Special Adviser of Shenzhen Cultural and Creative Industry Association and Director of Center for Dialogue Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies of Peking University.

He formerly served as Founder and Managing Vice-President of BNU - HKBU United International College, President of Faculty of Arts of Chinese University of Hong Kong, Visiting Professor of School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Tsinghua University and Faculty of Arts of Fudan University as well as Research Fellow of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. The United International College founded by him has been highly praised at home and abroad for promoting Liberal Art education. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Humanities in 2011 from Augsburg College in Minnesota, United States, and he is the first Chinese scholar who has ever been granted this honor in the colleges 142 years history.

Mr. Wang in is in possession of 20 years of practical experience in multinational companies, who formerly served as Vice-President of Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Public Utilities Department in China; before joining the Microsoft, he served as North Asia Region General Manager of Government and Enterprise Mobile Solutions Department of Motorola (China) Electronics Ltd. and Managing Director of Shanghai Motorola Telecom Products in charge of professional wireless communications business and other positions successively; before that, Mr. Wang had worked in IBM (China) Co., Ltd. for 10 years, he held the positions of General Manager of Government and Public Utilities Department in charge of the central government business in China, General Manager in charge of transportation and circulation of commodities in China successively.

Mr. Wang received EMBA from CEIBS as an excellent graduate in 2006.

Henry To

As an experienced industrialist, Mr. To has successfully established many import and export trade, manufacturing, wholesale and logistics companies from 1980s to 1990s in Hong Kong, South China and United States. In addition to his 30 years of experience in top management of Chinese and American enterprises, he also served as adviser, manager and volunteer of many NPOs and churches at the same time, such as chorus master and director of modern drama troupe, which allowed him to know abundant diversified cultures and have international business vision.

Mr. To had held the position of President of DA for 6 years, and his team developed a great number of effective executives for China under his leadership. Mr. To himself is a senior educator and guest lecturer of many famous universities. During the development period of DA, he had the privilege to call at Mr. Drucker a couple of times in 6 consecutive years to listen his teaching, and delivered theme lectures at different international exchange events to propagate the gurus ideas. He studied The Art and Development of Leadership at University of Southern California under the tutorship of leadership guru Warren Bennis, and received a BBA and an MBA. He is a DBA Candidate of Durham University

MR.Yuwho formerly served as deputy general manager of Founder Group, marketing manager of Apple China, market development manager for HP China and sales director of Compaq Chinahas got rich practical experiences in brand building and marketing management.

He was also member of Expert Committee of China Market Association, guest instructor of Peking University EMBA classes, guest expert of China E-commerce Association in the China SME Competitiveness Enhancement Project, planning expert of CCTV program "Absolute Challenge", instructor of course "Marketing Innovation Strategy" in TV program "Frontier Lecture".
