The contents of The Effective Executives, a course well designed pursuant to Mr. Peter F. Druker¡¯s monograph of the same name, covers different aspects including time management, innovation, decision making, resource allocation and personnel management. It not only unveils the working method and skills possessed by effective executives, but also helps you to become an ¡®ordinary talent¡¯ capable of accomplishing ¡®extraordinary tasks¡¯ that organizations need.
We invited Prof. Huang Jiandong, Senior Educator of DA to share the wonderful lesson with trainees. Trainees participated in this demonstration lesson were from Yanjing Beer, Dongfeng Motor Corporation, BASF-YPC Company Limited, Voith and other companies.
