Market research
Market research is a necessary procedure for curriculum development. Based on the ¡®practicability¡¯ of curriculum, DA¡¯s R&D department has been keeping an eye on the realities, dynamics and requirements of Chinese enterprises through field investigations from a global perspective.
Curriculum research and development
Once DA¡¯s R&D department has worked out the complete set of curriculum, it will carry out discussions and revisions thoroughly with senior professors from Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University on matters concerning course content, case studies, ways to deliver the course and etc.. This makes the curriculum most representative of the essence of Drucker¡¯s management ideas and the latest management practices in China.
Evaluation of effect
Rigorous trial lectures and evaluation processes will be conducted before launching each course, with rigor, logicality and practicality of the course as the basic principles of evaluation.
Launching
After the successful launch of curriculum, rigorous curriculum updates and secondary development processes will be carried out. Professors from the R&D department of DA are making unremitting efforts to present cutting edge managerial knowledge and the most applicable cases in the classroom through continuous innovation.
